Green Village is the first phase of the Kultaranta Vision project, through which Kultaranta will evolve in the coming years into an even more comprehensive hub for wellness and community.
The new area also serves as a platform for developing the housing of the future, utilizing innovative energy and smart solutions that make living comfortable, affordable, and sustainable.
The project will feature approximately 70 modern, compact apartments ranging from 30–80 m², suitable for holiday stays or year-round living. The first show homes will be completed in summer 2026, with the entire village finalized by 2028.
An open house event will be held on August 7–9, 2026, showcasing the area, completed and under-construction show homes, as well as other innovative solutions in construction, energy, and smart living.
Hotel
A high-quality hotel is planned for Kultaranta Resort, to be developed in collaboration with the French Vinci Group. The hotel will feature approximately 200 rooms, extensive conference and meeting facilities, a full-service spa and wellness area, and a rooftop restaurant offering breathtaking views of the archipelago.
The complex will cater year-round to both leisure travelers and corporate clients. Completion is scheduled for 2028.
